These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neojetparts.com (the "Site"), operated by Neo Jet Parts (FZE) ("NEO JET PARTS", "we"), Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone), Saif Suite Z2-13, Sharjah, U.A.E. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business/professional users aged 18 or over who have authority to act for their organisation. It is not directed to consumers or children.

2. Nature of the Site — no binding offer

Catalog listings, part numbers, descriptions, conditions and availability are provided for information and identification only and do not constitute an offer to sell. Any quotation we issue is an invitation to treat and is subject to written confirmation, stock availability, prior sale, inspection, credit approval and applicable compliance checks. Prices are provided on request and may change without notice.

3. Quotations, orders & sale terms

Any sale is governed by our separate written quotation, order confirmation and conditions of sale (including Incoterms® and payment terms stated there), which prevail over these Terms for that transaction. Nothing on the Site is a warranty of price, availability or fitness for a particular aircraft, engine, configuration or purpose.

4. Traceability & certification

Where offered, parts are supplied with the traceability and certification stated in the relevant quotation and documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3, as applicable). Certification type and condition are confirmed per transaction, not by the Site.

5. Airworthiness & installation disclaimer

Information on the Site is not maintenance, engineering or airworthiness advice. Determination of a part's eligibility, applicability, modification status, life status and airworthiness for a specific aircraft/engine, and its installation, rest solely with the operator and its approved organisations using approved data. We make no representation that any part is eligible or airworthy for your specific application.

6. Export control & sanctions compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws, including those of the UAE, the United States (including the EAR and, where relevant, ITAR), the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United Nations. You will provide accurate and complete end-user and end-use information, and you will not resell, re-export, divert or use any item in violation of such laws, including to embargoed or sanctioned countries, regions, entities or persons (denied/blocked parties). We screen transactions and may refuse, suspend or cancel any enquiry or order that does not meet these requirements. You will indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of this clause.

7. Acceptable use of the Site

You will not misuse the Site, including by scraping, bulk-harvesting, overloading, probing, reverse-engineering, introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property & trademarks

The Site, its design, text and NEO JET PARTS branding are owned by Neo Jet Parts (FZE) or its licensors. All manufacturer names (e.g., CFM International, CFM56, Boeing, Airbus and others), trademarks and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility reference. NEO JET PARTS is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any OEM.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Part identification data may contain errors or become outdated; verify all details with us before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEO JET PARTS and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising from the Site is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access it, which for a free informational site is nil. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification & third-party links

You will indemnify NEO JET PARTS against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site. The Site may link to third-party sites for which we are not responsible.

12. Force majeure, changes & general

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use, and no waiver is implied by any delay in enforcement. You may not assign your rights without our consent.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have. Any dispute-resolution mechanism in a signed sale contract prevails for that transaction.
